Had any luck finding one in Bellingham?
We’re ordering a pig from a local farmer who knows a few. We’ve ordered quarter cows as part of a group of friends in west Seattle, also. That goes thru a different butcher. Do we regularly walk up to butcher counter otherwise–rather infrequent, because we order so much meat in bulk shipments and keep it in our chest freezer.
