quick tips: rain cycling setup (eHow)

Getting suited up for cycling in the rain doesn’t have to take any longer than a walk in the rain. You don’t want to wear wellies  on you cycle, of course. Ask me questions about my rain gear setup, everyone has different habits. These rain cycling tips are a good start. I would encourage a neoprene cap below the helmet, so you can place a head lamp on the helmet. I would encourage clear safety glasses from your local hardware store. Keeping spray out of your eyes makes rain cycling far more comfortable. Squinting enhances stress–there’s no reason to get stressed out on your ride.
